I’m a passionate and dedicated hospitality professional and with over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality across Europe, the Middle East, and North America - spanning leadership, people development, sales, project and quality management and operations. My work is driven by a deep understanding of what makes people feel valued, motivated, and effective in the workplace.
Whether I’m leading a workshop, supporting a team on the floor, or coaching a manager one-on-one, - my focus is always: helping people work better together, lead with clarity, and take pride in what they do.
